The converter itself

The unit converter does not need an account and does not use cookies to remember the measurements you enter. Conversion math runs in your browser. Values typed into the calculator are not added to analytics or advertising requests, and blocking cookies does not stop the calculator from working.

Google Analytics and advertising measurement

The site loads Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages people use. It also loads Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how visitors arrive from advertising campaigns. Depending on your browser and Google settings, these services may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, page views, and campaign activity.

Analytics and advertising reports may include general device and browser details, pages visited, and approximate location derived from an IP address. They do not contain the number or unit entered in the converter.

Google AdSense cookies

The site uses Google AdSense for advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies in your browser, or use web beacons and IP addresses, when an ad tag is loaded. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this site and other sites.

Hosting and site performance

Vercel hosts the site and receives normal web-request information needed to deliver pages and protect its infrastructure. Vercel Web Analytics is also loaded to provide aggregate page-use information. Details about these services and the site's use of their data appear in the privacy policy.

Your choices

You can review or change ad-personalization choices in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some participating third-party vendors through YourAdChoices.

Most browsers let you block, limit, or delete cookies. Those controls are usually under privacy or site-data settings. Blocking cookies may change advertising and analytics behavior, but the unit converter and its formulas remain available.
